Catherine Marie Brunkenhoefer married Roy Allen Kuester in Sacred Heart Church Hallettsville on August 18 at 2 30 pm. Officiants were Rev Terrence Nolan and Rev Hubert Hanson. The couple resides in Victoria after a Hot Springs Arkansas honeymoon.
Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Jacobson announce the birth of their second daughter Candace Day on Sept 5 at 1 30 pm at Methodist Hospital Houston. The baby weighs 7 lbs 7 ozs and has an older sister Cheryl Denise. Grandparents are Mr and Mrs Ben.
Pavlicek of Moulton and Chester Jacobson of Austin welcomed Candace Day with the Holy Sacrament of Baptism on Saturday September 8. Godparents were Mr and Mrs D Hinrichs Sr. Mrs Hinrichs left Sunday to visit her children in Houston for an indefinite stay. Ben Jurica Jr. is noted as aunt and uncle of the baby.
