Christmas Mail Month from Sotember 15 to October 15 designates overseas soldier parcels. Mail limits are 1 pounds weight, 1 inches length, and 36 inches length and girth. Perishable or fragile items discouraged. Each parcel must show full name and rank, serial number, service organization and unit, APO number, and APO post office in America through which it flows.
