Moulton to Issue Revenue Bonds for Light System
City Council of Moulton Texas will on October 28 1940 consider ordinances to authorize issuing sixty thousand dollars in revenue bonds for a light system project. Bonds payable from system revenues only, not the city, with 25 year maximum and 4.5 percent interest, and a printed provision that holders cannot demand payment from taxation.
