Ex Marines May Now Enlist For Reentry In Marine Corps
Ex Marines may re enlist in the Marine Corps and retain rank at discharge according to Sergeant Roy Roth in Victoria. The plan applies to men not currently members of the 1sts and requires application to the Director of the 8th Marine Corps Reserve District in New Orleans for active duty assignment. Non reserve ex Marines will join the Marine Corps reserve and be assigned to immediate active duty before transfer to Camp Pendleton California for placement and retraining.
