Cotton program outlined for 1934 35 by Texas agents

At a county agents meeting in Texas C A Cobb described the new cotton program for 1934 35. Contracts aim for a 40 percent acreage reduction based on the 1928 32 five year average with payments up to 14 per acre and 3 cents per pound for lint.
