Weigh-a-Day-a-Month Plan Gains Interest in Lavaca Dairymen
The American Dairy Science Association approves a new weigh a day a month plan for 30 Grade A dairymen in Lavaca County. Dairymen enroll, pay a yearly fee, weigh milk twice daily on the 15th, and mail records to a local agent for monthly calculations to guide feeding and breeding.
