Alvin 4-H Crowned at Brazoria County Fair Grand Champion Steer
Eleven year old John Allen Gray won the fairs top bid with his grand champion steer Gougs selling for 3750 dollars, a record price. Alvin 4-H members also saw reserves top bids as area buyers drove the auction to fever pitch. Proceeds supported charities and local owners as the event highlighted the Brazoria County Fair.
