The 116.07 acre Frank Hagan homestead near Sweet Home was sold in Judge Motis’s Yoakum office to F. B. Hagan and W. E. Hagan for 5803 dollars. The property, one of the oldest in the area, has housed the Hagan family since 1852. Local visitors from Flatonia joined in Fayette County litigation discussions in Yoakum.
