A Tuesday early morning storm swept through the section with heavy rain about 2 am, leaving around 1% inches, fierce lightning, and cyclonic winds. Henry Fisbeck's car shed was demolished, Mary Tennard's home was blown from its foundation, several barns partially roofed, and numerous large shade trees knocked down. No injuries were reported.

Moulton Man's Sister Buried in Swiss Alp Cemetery
Mrs. Lydia Rudi nee Kaase, aged 63, wife of Chris Rudi of LaGrange and sister of F. C. Kaase of Moulton, died April 21 and was buried at Swiss Alp Cemetery with Rev. Moebus officiating. The funeral drew a large attendance and pallbearers included Martin Placke and several Roitsch and Kaase relatives. Born January 28 1873, she married December 18 1900 and lived on the Swiss Alp farm before moving to LaGrange four years ago. she left four brothers and six sisters.

The sixth annual Texas District of the Ameri can Lutheran Church met April 22 to 26 in Yorktown with about 250 pastors and delegates registered. Rev. E. A.
