Strong Braided Rag Rug Appeals To Makers
Braided rugs appeal to rug makers for simple work without tools though they are less durable than crochet. The Pin Wheel rug shown measures 35 inches and uses about 4 pounds of rag material. Instructions detail braiding eight rows, color changes, and sewing with waxed thread, plus an offer to send Rug Department book No 25 for 26 rug patterns with instructions.
