Moulton Young Homemakers Hold June Meeting Highlights
The Moulton Chapter of Young Homemakers met June 16 at 7 30 p m in the homemaking cottage with Jeanette Henke as program chairman guests included Mrs Ernest Kruse and daughter Mrs LaNell Filip from Hallettsville The program on homemade crafts featured yarn and cloth flowers shatter glass candle holders decoupage and other crafts The meeting led by President Gloria Jasek approved minutes and treasury reports and discussed constitution by laws amendments and an Area III outstanding new chapter application The group planned fundraising events like a ring toss booth for the Jamboree and a dance at VFW Hall on Oct 16 1976 plus nominations for July and an August banquet for Homemaker of the Year The night closed with refreshments and notices of upcoming hostesses birthdays and a Strawberry Delight recipe
