Mrs Frank Bucek Dies At Runge After Illness

Mrs Frank Bucek formerly of this city died at her home in Runge Sunday morning July 13 after a week long illness. She was 59 and is survived by her husband five daughters and five sons. Interment followed in Runge cemetery. Family and friends from here attended the funeral including Mr and Mrs Charles Pustejovsky and several Krejci and Pustejovsky relatives. The Eagle extends sympathy to the bereaved.

Farewell Party for Esther Hannemann Before Move

Esther Hannemann and her brother Louis attended a farewell party at the home of Mr. and Mrs. F. C. Kaase on Friday night July 18. The gathering featured games and refreshments of cake sandwiches and lemonade before the group departed late. They will soon move with their parents Rev and Mrs Hannemann to McGregor where Rev Hannemann has accepted the Lutheran pastorate.
