Mrs E Boehm and son Ed returned from Richmond Monday. E Boehme surveys Fort Berd county farms this week. Voters urged to approve a ten cent road tax per hundred dollars assessed value, about five cents per hundred dollars real value.
Public notice commands the Lavaca County sheriff to summon Rufus Gonzales by weekly publication for four weeks before the August 11 1913 term. It cites F Biehunke as plaintiff in a suit for 826 for merchandise sold in 1913, returnable to the Lavaca Court at Moulton.
Local ad lists a survey in good condition offered by Mrs H Bultmeyer of Moulton. It also advertises motion pictures at the airdome on Tuesday Thursday Saturday and Sunday nights and notes the bank offers 4 percent on time certificates of deposit at First State Bank in Moulton Texas.

Henry Balhorn Frank Sta nacher and Jim Fishbeck were pleasant callers at this office. Mrs Julia Janszen and Miss Leona Janszen and Julia Richter visited in Flatonia earlier in the week. D and Er Huffer of San Antonio with Wm Boening K Rehmer John and Willie Mang traveled to Atascosa county.
