A Texas family of five was killed in a near Tenaha area home. The party will visit Rusk to inspect the iron furnace plant penitentiary railroad ore and timber lands before a formal meeting there next Wednesday.

He has secured control of large Angelina county quarries near Rockland and plans a branch tram from the Texas and New Orleans extension just north.

A special train from San Antonio brought Boer representatives to Giddings and Austin this morning. They traveled with Mr. Morse of the Southern Pacific and Mr. R. H. Innes of the Bap, and were met by Houston and Texas Central officials. Conductor Phil Clarke led the Austin leg.
