The city of Moulton Texas invites sealed proposals for drilling casing and developing a water well with bids due by 8 PM September 9 1946. Plans available from the City Secretary deposit 15 dollars with return conditions and additional sets 10 dollars. Bids must include at least 5 percent bid security and comply with prevailing wages. the city may reject any or all bids and reserves the right to waive informalities.
