Dr. Martin Wagner hosted the three county Scout district roundtable at the VFW Hall Tuesday night. Eight towns including DeWitt Lavaca and Fayette counties were represented as plans to reactivate the local Boy Scout Troop were discussed by Cub Scouts Troop and Explorer groups. Lewis Nix and Dr Aug Watzlavik of Schulenburg led talks while leaders urged community support to restart Scouting activities in the area.
