In LaGrange Texas an organization forms to erect a monument for Valeria Zapalac high school girl killed February 4 while protecting her sister Minnie from an alleged attack by W H Langhorn Jr son of a Washington county rancher. B F Harigel editor of the LaGrange Journal sponsors the drive. Langhorn condemned to death for Valeria’s murder. a new trial motion is under consideration.
