Legion Aux Meets in April Assembly Minutes
The American Legion Auxiliary met Wednesday night April 4 with 28 members present. Color bearers were Mrs Louis Fishbeck and Mrs Betty Hohmann, chaplain Leona Gertner. Minutes and treasurer report were approved. A $25 gift was sent to Rev Dennis Darilek and $25 to the local FFA 4 H Club. Two Hurt In Pickup Crash On FM Road 532
A 1966 Chevrolet pickup driven by Peter Klaus Thomas and owned by Julius Krause of Houston crashed about one mile west of Kamensky on FM Road 532 early Saturday. Thomas suffered a broken leg and Gary W. Dormire a broken arm with severe facial cuts. both were hospitalized at Renger Memorial Hospital in Hallettsville. The pickup rolled into a creek bed and was a total loss.

Legion Post Meets In Regular Session Here
The Moulton American Legion held a regular meeting at the Legion Home on Wednesday April 4 with Commander Rud Braeuer presiding. Discussions included building new lounges for the hall and the closing prayer was given by Chaplain Louis Fishbeck. Before the meeting the Legion Auxiliary and Jr Auxiliary enjoyed a stew supper.

Surprise Birthday Party for Billy Dietschke in Moulton
On Saturday March 31 a surprise party for Billy Dietschke was given by his wife at Gus's Place in Moulton Texas. Guests from Hallettsville Moulton Wei mar New Braunfels Seguin Shiner and Hallettsville attended. The event featured a cake with Happy Birthday Bill and a giblet stew supper cooked by Ronnie Dierschke and Boggie Jansky. The honoree received many gifts and well wishes for more birthdays.
