A vitamin rich dish combining spinach with a creamy cheese sauce. Steam spinach, hard boil eggs, fill whites with seasoned yolk, melt margarine with flour and milk, then stir in cheese. Layer spinach and stuffed eggs in a casserole and reheat at 375 F for 10 minutes.
The American Legion Auxiliary will run its annual Poppy sale in connection with Decoration Day Services on Sunday May 20. Poppies will be sold on the streets the Saturday before. Emma Rosenauer and Mrs Frank Meyer chair the sale committee.
