Lavaca County 4-H Members Eligible for 1952 Leadership Training
Lavaca County 4-H clubs may enter the 1952 Texas Junior Leadership Training program announced by J B Lindsey and Miss Callie I Worth. Winners include three boys and three girls per county for Bastrop State Park lab. delegates-at-large across districts. two 4-H youths to the National 4-H Camp in Washington D C. and an August all expense trip.

4-H Leaders Receive 148 Camp Travel Scholarships
A total of 148 trips to the American Youth Foundation Leadership Training Camp in Shelby Michigan will be awarded to outstanding 4-H members and local adult leaders based on leadership records and all around development. Mr and Mrs Adolph Pilat and Mr and Mrs Anton J Stary visited New Braunfels with Mr and Mrs James Haverda and son on Sunday.
