Edward Arambasich 53 of Wilmington and Robert Seeley 45 Joliet are scheduled for Oct 26 in U S District Court on conspiracy and labor racketeering indictments tied to IRS investigations. A 1974 blue Chevrolet Corvette reported stolen from Evergreen Subdivision was found smoldering in a cornfield on Brisbin Road at about 8:35 a.m. Police investigated the origin and conditions of the blaze.
