Jury rules woman died of shock in store owner death
A Will County coroner's jury ruled that Elizabeth Agamy died of shock from fractures and contusions inflicted by an unidentified assailant. The 79-year-old Wilmington store owner was found dead at about 4 45 a m October 13 behind her residence. Henderson, a 25-year-old Kankakee man, was found hiding in the store and charged with burglary. authorities will decide on additional charges.

Accident victim improving at St Francis Hospital
Randall C. Pellegrine aged 20 of 416 Mooseheart Drive is reported improving but remains in serious condition at St. Francis Hospital Peoria after transfer from intensive care. Visitors may see him in Room 445. Joseph C. Carr, 22 of 757 Douglas Street, injured with Pellegrine in a crash near Dwight that killed three people, remains in critical condition in the ICU and has not regained consciousness.
