The Kendall County Board adopted an engineering agreement with Willett Hofmann and Associates Joliet for Holt Road bridge plans over Aux Sable Creek Seward Township. Fees equal 5 percent of the awarded contract with federal funds expected for part of construction. A Little Rock Road bid near Plano was set with Aurora Blacktop Co. submitting $84,692.05 and Geneva Construction Co. of Aurora at $88,725.
