Hold suspect in murder and kidnap case
An Arkansas man Arvin Homer Logan 36 is charged with murder and kidnapping in a case spanning Missouri and southern Illinois. He allegedly forced a car dealer to drive him from Farmington Missouri to Edwardsville Illinois and held five Edwardsville family members hostage for three hours.
