The Morris city dedication for a new secondary sewage treatment plant will be at 3 p.m. Sunday. The $926 334 facility opened Oct 22 after starting May 28 1970 with 700000 in bonds. A federal grant covered 33 percent and 218551 remains to be received from a state grant. The plant removes 90 to 95 percent of organic pollutants before discharging to the Illinois River, per state.
