In a 5-0 vote the Morris Planning Commission recommends the City Council approve a conditional permitted zoning use for a Beatty Lumber home center at 824 Liberty St in a BI district. Final plans include a 42 foot front setback and enclosed warehouse sides near Wauponsee and Fulton Streets. Public hearing set for June 9 on the Beatty proposal and for 711 Liberty St apartments in a BI district.
