Public meeting backs street bond plans for Morris
About 50 people attended a Monday open meeting in Morris to discuss two proposed street bonds totaling 980000 for Armstrong St and N Liberty and Lisbon St. The panel said taxes would not rise as the debt is paid from state motor fuel tax rebates and the work stays within public right of way.
