University of Illinois trustees approve a 1967 69 building budget of 196 309 600 and an operating budget of 184 831 959 for 1966 67. The state must supply 56 percent, with federal funds student fees and other sources making up the rest. Phase III Chicago Circle campus construction and Urbana Champaign and Chicago Medical Center projects receive major allocations. Three campus chancellors to be created effective Sept 1.
