Grundy County Board cuts open records policy amid cost concerns
The Grundy County Board voted to stop publishing its proceedings in the Morris Daily Herald citing prohibitive costs. Public access shifts to the county clerk, as the board faces a $4,770,355 budget covering Dec 1 1974 to Nov 30 1975.
