Negro Charged In Slaying Two FBI Men
Billie Austin Bryant, 29, an escapee and auto repairman, surrendered in an attic hours after two FBI agents were found slain. He is charged with two counts of murder and held without bail. The victims, Anthony Palmisano and Edwin Woodriffe, were the bureau’s 22nd and 23rd to die in the line of duty.
