Circuit Court set a 50000 dollar bond for Mark G. Strong 27 of Wilmington charged in the February 9 burglary of Daniels Auto Supply Braceville. Co defendants William Tarman 17 of Diamond and Michael Kavanaugh 17 of Wilmington also charged with the same crime. Tarman and Kavanaugh were arrested for the Jim Smith Chevrolet burglary in Diamond. Preliminary hearings for Strong Tarman Kavanaugh and two others Katherine Conner 18 of Lowell Indiana and David W Brasher 19 of Kelseyville California are scheduled for 11 a.m. next Tuesday. In federal court in Chicago the trial of John Sweet James Hogan and Henry Hollowell for the April 15 firebombing of Sasa's Lounge Godley is to go before a jury. Co defendant Robert Kirkpatrick pleaded guilty to firebombing charges. Indictment handed up August 28 by a federal grand jury.
