Morris City Council nullifies Dierzen bid for one ton truck
In a 4 3 vote the Morris City Council rescinded its acceptance of the Dierzen Welding bid from Newark for a one ton truck and then unanimously voted to reject all bids. Talty Chevrolet contended Dierzen was not an Illinois registered new truck dealer and could not transfer a new truck to the city.
