Morris to Receive $6000 for Planning Technical Aid
The Illinois Department of Local Government Affairs will provide six thousand dollars for planning and study funds to the City of Morris beginning March 1. Kenneth Carmignani, planning consultant, reported to the Morris Planning Commission at Tuesday night’s meeting in the Council Chambers. The program, named TAPS, will fund qualifying programs.
