Elizabeth Gabel and her son Timothy open Sis's Downtown in Morris at 312 Liberty Street in a renovated space formerly Gunner's Tap. The two story dining area seats 60 upstairs and 75 to 80 in the main dining room downstairs with a bandstand and organ music on weekends. Lunch hours 11 to 2 Monday through Saturday. dinners 5 to 10 except Sundays. bar stays open until 1 a.m. Staffing includes Lois Williams and former Morris Country Club colleagues.
