Two Air Force Falls jet bombers from Plattsburgh NY collided near Magic Mountain Ski resort late Monday night. Four crew members ejected and survived with no ground casualties. Indians who occupied abbey jailed as guards escort to Shawano
Forty Indians led by the Menominee Warrior Society were arrested after a 34 day occupation of the Alexian Brothers abbey in Gresham Wisconsin. Tampering Reported at Goose Lake Area Club Trailers
Twenty six camper trailers at Goose Lake Area Club were tampered with in the last two days. John Tipton manager of the club alerted Grundy County Sheriff’s Department. Doors in the vehicle storage area were pried open and items including recreational equipment were missing. Detectives and a sergeant investigated finding opened doors and broken windows.
