Gov. Rich ard B. Ogilvie listed a net worth of 91328 and promised a bill requiring most Illinois officials to disclose income and financial interests. He ordered 1000 to 1500 appointed state officials to report all income sources and gifts and warned that failure would resemble resignation.

Morris Police Sgt. Donald L. Ward of 1034 Kiersted St. remains at Morris Hospital after falling ill Sunday. His wife reports he is doing well and undergoing tests as Morris firemen administered oxygen and he was moved by Davis ambulance.
