Seven indicted in LaSalle County Grand Jury cases

LaSalle County Grand Jury in Ottawa indicted seven persons after hearing cases from State's Atty. Robert E. Richardson. John A. Viani faced armed robbery and auto theft charges for Sept 21 1973 at Harper's Service Station Peru and a related theft. Raymond M. King faces three counts grand theft and burglary from November 1973. Robert Housby and Jerry Foster face burglary and grand theft tied to the C A Jensen Jewelry Store case with bonds set and joint indictments. Indictments were suppressed for three others and bench warrants issued on oral motion.
