Morris Planning Commission, by a 5-0 vote, urged a school site donation of 465.77 dollars per R II lot in Northcrest Subdivision for 46 three-bedroom houses and approved the 20-acre development’s final plat on Lisbon Road. Attorney Hanson challenged the 70-30 bedroom ratio, while Hynds defended it, noting historical density and limited two-bedroom homes built locally.
