John B. Smith Jr. and Gerald Bitner, both 26, appeared in Grundy County Circuit Court facing two counts each of arson and burglary for fires at Boodlers Drive-In west of Coal City on July 3, 1972 and at Southeast Grundy Medical Center in Gardner on Nov. 29, 1972. Bail set at 50000. Both held in county jail.

Morris Grade School approves 1973-74 budget and actions
