Bond set at 50000 for Dwaine Holt in Chicago arrest
Dwaine Holt, 27, had bond set at 50000 after leaving a drug rehab center without court approval. He was arrested at 7 30 p m Sunday by Chicago police on a warrant issued April 27 by Grundy County Circuit Judge Robert Malmquist and appeared before the judge this morning. An attorney will be appointed and the original grant theft charge reinstated. Holt and Mrs Josephine Holt were earlier charged in the robbery of Testa s IGA store in Coal City on February 18 1972. Deputies and FBI helped return Holt to Grundy County.
