Official notice from Whitehall dated December 4 1793 authorizes holders of Exchequer Bills of the Second Class to present between eleven and two on or before December 18 to receive payment plus accrued interest and a one percent brokerage premium. The release includes related clerical appointments for St David’s and reports on Philadelphia disorder, French actions near Landau and Strasbourg, and a long list of forthcoming surrender dates and dividends with names and places.
