A 1905 Carson City notice seeks sealed bids by June 19 for sinking an eight inch well to 500 to 1500 feet in Capitol Square. State to furnish water for machinery. bid price is about 690 per card. W R Davis Clerk, Board of Capitol Commissioners, reserves right to reject all bids. The notice also mentions cemetery water shutoffs and local ads for goods in Carson City Nevada.
