Notice is given that J A Wall as administrator of the Sarah Millard estate filed for an order to sell the real property. The hearing is set for Saturday March 22 1902 at 10 o clock A M in the court room at the Carson City courthouse. All interested parties must appear to show cause why the order should not be issued. Public notice from WM Kinney City Marshal states stray dogs will be impounded and destroyed after the time limit. Owners must license dogs within city limits. Loose stock will be taken to the pound at owners’ expense. Littering leaves and rubbish at nonowned land is prohibited, and all such piles must be dumped at the city dumping ground.
