The Newspaper Law for Subscribing and Refusing
Subscribing recipients must inform publishers to cancel after paid arrears. If they fail to collect papers from delivery points, they remain liable. Moving without notice makes them responsible for unsettled bills. Refusing to take papers is prima facie fraud. Prepaid subscribers must give notice to stop at term end.
