The Morin-Ppeal announces publication as a morning daily by P Davis with office on Second Street opposite Capitol. Subscriptions listed as one year by mail eight dollars, six months five dollars, three months three dollars. Carrier delivery twenty five cents per week. Entered as second class matter in Carson City Post Office.
A historic notice explains that continuing subscribers are inferred unless they object, publishers may bill for arrears before cancellation, and failure to take papers from the office can imply fraud. Moving without informing may still incur responsibility. prepaid subscribers must notify when ending to avoid charges. The law also permits arrest for paper fraud and theft under postal rules.
