At the regular meeting of the State Board of Examiners held June 7, 189s the board adopted a resolution to meet on the third day of every month to consider claims against the State and to handle claims not in the Secretary office.

The Nevada district court summons directs Max Rochon to answer the divorce action filed by Carrie Rochon within ten days of service, or twenty if served out of the county, with forty days in other cases. The complaint seeks dissolution of marriage for desertion since March 23, 1990, and includes support and custody claims. Filed January 20, 1902, by Clerk GEO. W. Cowing.
