The article lists positions of towns in the Southern Nevada gold districts including Goldfield 28 miles south of Tonopah and 16 miles south of Goldfield, Summerville near Thorp’s Mull, Muddy Spring, Old Bullfrog, Beatty, Gold Centre, and Las Vegas with distances and nearby mines and towns.
Sealed proposals for groceries provisions meats and pine wood for six months from July 1 1895 to June 29 1905 will be received until noon June 29 1905 at Carson City Nevada. Articles must be first class and delivered as directed with varying monthly quantities. Bids to Secretary State Orphans Home. The Board may reject any bid. Ad notices date June 24 1905 and June 19 1903 reference debts and upholstery work to sew lay carpets and place furniture in rooms.
Sealed proposals are invited until 12 oclock noon June 19 1935 at the Board of Capitol Commissioners office in Carson City Nevada for sinking an eight inch iron pipe to depths between 3500 and 1500 feet in the Capitol square. Water for slicing and engine use to be supplied free. Wood cost estimated at 606 per cord. Inquiries to W R Davis Clerk. Right to reject any bids reserved. May 19 1905. Cemetary Water notice follows about turning on water May 1 and arrears payment required. Secretary Geo W Keith announces. The Emporium advertises tent goods and spring merchandise at Pioneer Clothing House with new line of shirts and shoes.
