Sealed bids will be received by the State Orphans Home Board in Carson City Nevada up to 11 noon on April 2 1905 for constructing a sewer from the new building. Bidders must furnish materials dig the trench and install two automatic siphon flush tanks of Potter design. Plans are available at the home. The board may reject any bid.

It lists assets totaling 1 652 519 45 including real estate and loans. liabilities and receipts, disbursements and earnings detail financial movements and ownership stakes. A local notary certifies the document dated February 5, 1905 with secretary William Pardy confirming full accuracy.
