The District Court of Nevada Ormsby County issues summons in the Rochon divorce case. Plaintiff Carrie Rochon seeks dissolution of marriage against Max Rochon on grounds of desertion and failure to provide, with custody of their minor child, requiring appearance within ten to forty days. Court date set by Clerk Geo. W. Cowing. Alfred Chartz counsel. Also ads for wallpaper and a Carson City ranch listed. Notice of hearing for sale of Sarah Millard estate real property set for March 22, 1962 at 10 am. J. A. Wall administrator.
