Moravia Band Concert Opener Prompts Praise And Applause
In Moravia the 1926 band concert season opens Saturday May 28 with Director Betterly promising a special program. The editorial urges readers to applaud and encourage the school band, recounting past indifference and recalling local townsfolk and family ties connected to Miller and Hellyer. A lighthearted note about a dog and a pocketbook adds local color as readers are urged to prepare auto horns for cheering.
